At Demosoap, we take pride in the quality of our products and the care we take in packaging and shipping them. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our goods, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds under any circumstances.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.


No Returns or Refunds

All purchases made through our website are non-refundable and non-returnable.
This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Ordering the wrong item, scent, or quantity

  • Allergic reactions or sensitivities

  • Delays or issues caused by shipping carriers

  • Damage after the product has been delivered

Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.


Damaged or Defective Products

We inspect every item before shipping, but if your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
While refunds are not issued, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement for the damaged item.
